We can offer a full management package from conception to handover, or on a consultancy basis with a particular focus. Services can include:
Working with property developers to manage the entire construction and interior design elements of new builds and multi units, with a major focus on budget, quality of workmanship and materials, and realistic timescales; reporting to clients and investors.
Working in liaison with the Designer, Engineers and School Personnel to manage the construction works, with the emphasis on strict deadlines and dealing with the challenges of working within an operational school.
Overseeing all Programme of Works, Procurement and the co-ordination of complex Mechanical & Electrical Services including Ventilation and Medical Gases. Scheduling works to coincide with the demands and protocols of a 'Live Environment' - catering to the needs of all stakeholders.
Projects can vary from change of use properties, retail and leisure sectors to ecclesiastical, and involve an array of stakeholders. Services can include full construction management to elements such as, site visits to track the progress of the building works in line with the Programme and to inform Valuations and interim payments.
