Pavilion Building can offer a bespoke construction project management service. Due to our extensive building trade knowledge, and experience of managing a range of projects with varying budget values and disciplines, across multi-sectors, our management skills can be tailored to your needs.

We can offer a full management package from conception to handover, or on a consultancy basis with a particular focus. Services can include:

• The Compilation of Tender Packages
• The implementation of a Programme of Works on a live platform e.g. Smartsheet or Project
• Site Set Up, including all aspects of Health & Safety required under CDM Regulations & HSE, and good practice
• Construction Audits to monitor the contractor's performance against the Programme of Works, and ability to meet Key Milestones
• Site Inspections with an agreed area of scrutiny based on prior audits or client's needs
• A review of and implementation of a Company Training Programme and development of skills
• Point of Contact with Client and Design Team and all Stakeholders
• Material Take Offs and Procurement, including the appointment of Sub-contractors
• Progress Reports
• Site / Building Surveys
• Tracking all Construction Documents throughout the Project Stages
• Production and compilation of O&M Manuals and Certification for Handover and the End User

Residential

Working with property developers to manage the entire construction and interior design elements of new builds and multi units, with a major focus on budget, quality of workmanship and materials, and realistic timescales; reporting to clients and investors.

Educational

Working in liaison with the Designer, Engineers and School Personnel to manage the construction works, with the emphasis on strict deadlines and dealing with the challenges of working within an operational school.

Healthcare

Overseeing all Programme of Works, Procurement and the co-ordination of complex Mechanical & Electrical Services including Ventilation and Medical Gases. Scheduling works to coincide with the demands and protocols of a 'Live Environment' - catering to the needs of all stakeholders.

Commercial & Other

Projects can vary from change of use properties, retail and leisure sectors to ecclesiastical, and involve an array of stakeholders. Services can include full construction management to elements such as, site visits to track the progress of the building works in line with the Programme and to inform Valuations and interim payments.
